2020 Neighborhood Flashpoint: Allow Above-Ground Pools?

With group swimming pools closed, much more family members vacationing at dwelling assume an over-ground pool would give a non permanent alternative. But some HOAs and cities really do not let it.

NEW YORK – Earlier mentioned-ground swimming pools have become a scorching commodity this summer as much more family members seek out “staycations” during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Families are having difficulties to come across leisure functions,” Thomas Hessel, vice president of the HOA. “It was a no-brainer for us.”

Many towns require permits to install a bigger over-ground pool, but some stores who sell the bigger blowup swimming pools reportedly really do not alert people that they need to have a permit.
